What is the process after creating an invoice?

Q:

I sent my first invoice with Juuli. The client has confirmed that his card was already charged. The status on the website says the payment is awaiting Juuli's approval, but I would just like to check to make sure it went through and ask if there is anything else that needs to be done to receive the funds?


Also, I am wondering how long it will take to receive the payment? On your website it says, "Juuli delivers card payments to you the same day", which was the main reason I decided to try Juuli out. It has been a couple hours and I am just a bit concerned.

Card payments may take up to 3 business days to process. Bank transfers, however, are usually processed on the same day.


Please note that our finance team monitors payments closely to ensure timely transfer to your account. Once we receive the payment, you should see it reflected in your account on the same day.
