How to Create a Project

Projects in Juuli help you stay organized by grouping invoices and expenses for the same client or dividing large projects into milestones. This feature is especially useful for freelancers handling multiple tasks for a single client. 

 

Steps to Create a Project

  1. Access the Projects Tab
  • Log in to your Juuli dashboard. 
  • Navigate to the "Projects" section. 

 

  1. Create a New Project
  • Click on the "New Project" button. 
  • Enter the project name, client details, and a short description of the work. 

 

  1. Add Invoices and Expenses
  • Use the "Add Invoice" option to link existing or new invoices to the project. 
  • Attach expenses such as outsourced work or additional costs related to the project. 
  1. Track Progress
  • View all associated invoices and expenses in one place. 
  • Use filters to sort by payment status, due date, or other criteria. 
  1. Manage Documents
  • Attach supporting documents, contracts, or agreements directly to the project. 
  1. Send Reminders
  • Waiting for client approval or payment? Use the "Send Reminder" option directly from the project view.
