My client has made the payment for my invoice but it has not reflected to my Juuli balance/bank account yet, why?

Card payments may require up to three business days for processing. Bank transfers are typically processed on the same day. 

 

Our finance team diligently monitors payments to ensure prompt credit to your Juuli balance. You will see the funds reflected in your balance upon receipt. 

 

You'll receive an email notification once the funds are added to your Juuli balance. At that point, you can submit a withdrawal request to have them dispatched to your bank accounts or Juuli Visa Card.
